Old urls at a facebook page

Hi to all!
I had a joomla site and its facebook page. And i decided to migrate it to a wordpress site, keeping the same url (e.g. example.com). Everything works fine except the old post to facebook, made by my facebook page. All the old posts have the old urls, which are different from the current urls of the same articles. Is there a way to fix it?
(I mean to make the old facebook posts of my facebook page to point to the new wordpress urls)
