    Hi Guys

We’re seeing the old UA-XXXX analytics id in the “monsterinsights_site_profile” column of wpxx_options table in our site. The plugin is updated and running v8.27 and wordpress is also fully updated.

The UA- code is caught by Tag Assistant Legacy chrome add-on and there’s another G-XXXX id showing up in the site which we used earlier with Monsterinsights but not present at the current Monsterinsights config.

The link mentioned above is password protected and here’s the details to visit the page –

I can share screenshots or anything which may help you resolve the issue.

    Thanks in advance

    Steve

    Hi @catechie1,

Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry to hear about the trouble here.

I checked the site, and it seems like the UA tracker is showing up. Since Google retired that last year, a fallback GA4 property is being loaded as well, along with the one that gets loaded by MonsterInsights. https://a.supportally.com/i/sjanVx

We previously have configured both UA and GA4 tracking within the site, but since that cannot be configured anymore, MonsterInsights isn’t going to add it to the site.

There must be some code snippet or any other plugin that would be adding it within your site.

Could you please take a look at the Elementor settings or check if it has been added to the header files?

Or, if you need further help in finding this, would you mind dropping us a line through our contact page? https://www.monsterinsights.com/contact/

    Thanks ??
