Old subscribe URL

i moved my site into a new domain but when users click subscribe button they are redirect to the old address.I cant find where this redirection happen!
when press subscribe,the browser opens the link https://www.mynewdomain.com/?na=s and its redirected to the https://www.myolddomain.com/newsletter/?nm=confirmation&nk=21-6bc9887416 i observed this with this plugin only at the moment!
