Old Site title and Tagline displaying in browser tab

As the title says, my old blog name and tagline are showing in the browser tab instead of the new name.

I recently changed my domain name and everything is working well except on my home page the browser will not reset the old site name and tagline. I went to settings>general and tried to save it there but it acts as if it does not save, but I see it is saving.

I am thinking this is something to do with my ftp files, but I am not experienced enough to know which folder or what to do really. Any help would be appreciated!
