Old site showing new sites meta tag

Hi
I have redirected a website however the home page of the old is showing the meta tag description of the new when I google it. I am using a plugin called quick post and page redirect but I’m not sure if it’s being supported so I thought I’d ask here encase someone could shed any light please.

I think this might be the problem of Cache. Since like our websites google also creates a cache for different websites. This might take some time to update automatically or you can update it manually be fetching the page in google search console so that Google will update your page.
