Old post shows in preview when linking to my blog

Hi. Not sure how to describe this, but when I link my blog http;//scmorgan.com to facebook, an older and outdated post is the only one that appears in preview. The newest post fails to appear.

It would appear that something is locked on that one post. How do I fix it. And, more to the point, is it a wordpress issue or a facebook issue. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
