Old password reset screen still showing up….

I have a few websites that when we go to reset a user password through the “lost my password” reset option, the old password reset interface is still active, rather than the new auto-generate strong password user interface.

And with the old “enter the password yourself” interface, I can never enter a strong enough password to work.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?
