Old orders missing in the report

    The Analytics Chart does not show the data from Apr 2023 or before. Is there anything i need to set ?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please try the following steps and see if this helps fix the problem:

    • Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type, and select?Date Created?on the dropdown – then save the settings.
    • Navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools, and click on?Clear Analytics Cache.
    • Then?Import Historical Data.
