    Old order’s completed / shipped status somehow changed back to processing

    Hi,

    You can see that the order was completed in April. Suddenly in July its status is changed back to processing

    Any idea what causes it or how I can investigate / look into logs etc.?

    That’s odd. Can you please check if you have any Rest API keys that may be allowing external services to update the order status? It’s possible that one of the external services malfunctioned resulting in the status change. You can check for Rest API keys at WP-Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Rest API.

    Also, I recommend looking at logs under WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs and see if there’s any related log in there.
