• Hi!
After creating a new menu today and updating all old menus disappeared. For some time I could still chose the old menus in editor, but after reloading they were greyed out and my only option was to “create the first menu”.

My Themes are updated and I tried to resolve problem by activating a default theme.

Health Check plugin finds 2 critical issues:
    1. REST API error
    2. The site could not complete loopback request.

    The following plugins are active:
    Captcha Code
    Version 2.7 by Vinoj Cardoza
    Cookie Notice
    Version 1.2.51 by dFactory
Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    Version 7.10.4 by MonsterInsights
    Health Check & Troubleshooting
Version 1.4.3 by The www.remarpro.com community
    Remove XMLRPC Pingback Ping
    Version 1.1 by WebFactory Ltd
    WordPress Importer
    Version 0.7 by wordpressdotorg
    WP Updates Notifier
    Version 1.6.0 by Scott Cariss

    Deactivated plugin:
    Disable REST API
    Version 1.5 by Dave McHale

Please, help me solve the issues.

    Best regards

  • Have you tried disabling more plugins using the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to see if any of them might be responsible? You might also want to contact your web host as the issues you mentioned should be looked into.

Thanks for your respond. When I disable the plugins HealthCheck doesn’t find any critical issues any more, but the main problem isn’t solved. I’ve sent a message to my provider and waiting for reply.

Unfortunatelly my provider cannot help and restoring the back-up didn’t solve the problem.
