sorry wish I could be more help

is there code i can give or screen shots?

    Thanks for your response,
I think there should be an option in the responsive menu sitting to hide the original menu when the responsive menu appear, but I can’t figure it out.

Do you have any idea about that?

In the Responsive Menu settings, click the Advanced Setting tab and in the CSS of Menu To Hide field enter the id or class of the menu you want to hide.

    fscalzo try: #main_menu
    basmakhanjar try: .menu-menu-1-container

    It worked!
Thank you very much appreciate your help.
Can I know how do you know what exactly to write in this field?

but now when I click on the responsive menu, it does not show the the menu items

    Hey guys,

Missy thanks so much for your help with this before I could get to it!

Basmakhanjar – unfortunately you no longer have my plugin installed so I can’t advise further.

    All the best
