Old Menu Pages Re-Appearing

  • We’ve been experiencing this, seemingly, random menu items reverting for almost a year until today, we finally found what causes it. every time someone deletes a page the menu reverts and adds old pages back into the menu. I disabled the Nested Pages plugin, deleted a page and it did NOT revert this time. It seems to be the same pages that get placed into the menu when this happens. Please advise.
