Old link under button “Follow on Instagram”

    Hiya,

    Our website keeps giving an old link under the “Follow on Instagram” button, in the preview its all fine, but not in the website.

    Since we DO get the latest Instagram posts, we assume its not a cache probklem.

    Hi @pctevree,

    Thanks for contacting us and including the video of the problem you are experiencing. Could you test going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds, clicking Add New, re-creating the feed, and then updating the page to use the shortcode for this new feed?

    If the same problem still occurs, please send us a support request here and include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings and we’ll be happy to investigate further. The System Info includes information you should not share in the public forum here, so please only include this in a support request through our website.
