We have JetPack Image CDN and Cache Site Pages installed (free plan). We have uploaded new product images on the product listing (first 4 products). But they disappear in few seconds, and old ones pop up instead.
    How to fix this?

Hello there – is “Cache Site Pages” a plugin?

If so, could you please temporarily deactivate this plugin and any other plugin that has cache feature (except Jetpack Boost) and then try to upload image again.

Also please make sure to upload new image with a different file name than the previous images that you already uploaded for the product.

Hello! thank you for the prompt reply. Alas, your advice is not working. What else can be done?

We had W3 Total Cache installed, we have removed it before we posted the inquiry.

How long does it take for the deleted images to disappear from CDN?

    Hi @nautau,

How long does it take for the deleted images to disappear from CDN?

When you delete images from your server, they will eventually “expire” and be removed from the Jetpack CDN. However, the exact time frame for this process is not specified. If you need an image to be removed more quickly, you can share the URLs of the images here or privately using this contact form and we’ll delete them immediately.

Looking at your site, I noticed that Jetpack Image CDN is disabled. Does the issue persist?

    Hi there @nautau,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

We had to delete the files that were flipping over the new featured images.
