It seems that my instagram feed is not correctly updated. The feed only shows the state of the last refresh when I was in the admin panel of the plugin and actually clicked on the feed and saved it again.

The feed in the admin panel shows the latest posts, but the ones in the frontend stay the same.

Other than that the instagram profile is a business account, it shows that the shortcode is used at 1 page and the plugin displays no errors whatsoever.

It used to work correctly in the past without any issues.

    Hi @ravennce,

Thank you for contacting us! One of the more common causes for this is page or site caching on the site showing an out of date version of the page with the Instagram feed. If you have page or site caching enabled, either from an installed plugin or directly from your web host, you can try lowering the TTL or Cache Timeout value so the page is refreshed more frequently. We also have a setting in the plugin that can often help with this type of issue: WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced > Load Initial Posts with AJAX. Enabling this can help ensure the latest posts are shown in the feed.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, we would need to see more details about the site to better diagnose the issue, so please send us a support request through our website here.

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards,
    Louis

Thanks a lot! Let me check that and get back to you as soon as I’ve tested it with new instagram posts.
