Old cookie plugin won’t go away even after deactivating

    Hi there,

    I am just about to launch my site. I had initially installed a cookie consent plugin called Cookie notice for GDPR & CCPA by Hu-manity.co. I customized the design according to my site and published it, but the changes weren’t showing, and some buttons weren’t working.

    So I deactivated and uninstalled it and then installed CookieYes. This one very easy to work with but, after I activated this one, I can still see the previous banner (that too with the customizations that weren’t showing before). And it won’t go away.

    How do I stop the previous cookie consent from showing on my site for good? I’d really appreciate if someone could help me step by step since I am pretty new to this.

    At present, CookieYes banner is visible on your website, refer to the below screenshot. Nothing else running alongside it that we could find. If the problem is still present, could you provide a screenshot?
