I’m not sure. I can’t get into my wordpress account. Also, it seems like maybe it’s an RSS feed or subscriber management tool that sends subscribers all new posts. Sorry, I’m just having a hard time understanding this myself so thanks for your help.

WordPress does not send out emails like this. Perhaps you used a 3rd party application like Feedburner?
