    Hi

I’m hoping someone can help me with this issue.

I have about 15 data sets that I cannot delete in the Existing backups area even though they show as existing backups and backup data

I inadvertently deleted many of the .txt files that showed 0bytes size and I figured they were just old temporary files, this may be the issue of why I cannot delete these old backup sets.

I can’t find the old backup sets via ftp or when I do a search using my cPanel File manager search of the entire site, so I’m not even sure where they are located. I can see the new backup sets and the gz and other files for each backup, but can’t find the old actual files for the older backup sets that I can’t delete.

I’ve read many threads on this forum and I’ve deactivated, deleted, deleted all the data and then reinstalled this plugin and they old data sets are still there but I can’t delete them.

    For example:

How can I delete these old backup sets?

    Thank you for your help

    Hi Mark,

Please select the backup sets you wish to delete and then click ‘Delete’.
When the box pops up uncheck the ‘Also delete from remote storage’.
Then click ‘Delete’. This should remove the backup sets from Existing.

    Best regards,

    Nick
