  • I’m having the same issue. I have the delete setting set to 3, yet there are 6 backup files on my server. Any suggestions???

I’m having the same problem. Would love to get it resolved.

Figured out my problem – I changed the default archive name. When I changed it back to the default, I no longer have this issue.

How did you change it back to the default? You remember what that was? Please share.

Also, since we’ve now found a bug, can we get a fix from the authors please???

Just add a new job – it will put a default job name in the Archive name field.

I’ve changed the archive name back to the default, and it’s still not working. It would be nice to hear from the plugin author on this.

I’ve since moved on to XCloner for my WordPress backup needs. It was a little more technical to set up, but nothing back breaking. And best of all? IT WORKS. The developer is responsive. No more incomplete TAR files, constant timeouts, or server errors. Just completed backups – what we’re all here looking for. My $0.02.

tried all the suggestions above – didn’t bring any relieve.
Wrote a question to plugin developers – I’ll share their feedback.. well, of course, if I gonna get any.
