Olark Plugin Not Showing Up

  • I’ve been trying to install the Olark plugin on my site for chat. Installing the plugin hasn’t worked and neither has pasting the code into the pages directly. I’ve attempted troubleshooting with Olark support and Bluehost but haven’t gotten anywhere. From Olark’s end, everything looked correct but the code isn’t even showing up on the page…Please help!

    Hey Paul,

    When I visit your site it looks like Olark is up and running. I’ve seen issues similar to the one you describe due to caching on the web-server that takes some time to clear.

    How did you end up resolving your issue?
