Okay but I wanted better replacement

Let me just say upfront that I was a big fan of the Captcha by BestWebSoft. I liked its features and I liked the simple questions it would ask to determine if a person or robot was answering the question. As soon as it became obvious that they started including a backdoor I needed to switch (see article link below).

I should also point out how grateful I am for the people at WordFence for pointing this out.

When I found out that the Captcha software, that I loved, included a hidden backdoor, I needed to switch. I did a lot of searching and this was the best solution I could come up with.

This (Secure Captcha Plugin by Captcha Booster) has some of the features I liked in the old (Captcha by BestWebSoft) software I was using but there are things that I miss.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I cannot do 35 x 23 in my head. It would be nice if I could specify 1, 2 or 3 digit math. I also liked the picture representation where it would show (picture of 6 dots) times 3.

Even the paid version (Secure Captcha Plugin by Captcha Booster) is missing some of the features I am looking for.

There is one thing though that this does have that I very much appreciate. The company, at least for the time being, has made a commitment to securing your website and getting revenue by charging fees upfront. No back-doors. No hidden agenda. No spam. Just good well written software.

Maybe in the future this plugin will get the additional features I am looking for but for right now it is a good secure replacement for (Captcha by BestWebSoft).
