Ok theme, but has bugs and developer makes it difficult to remove their link

I just needed a quick theme for a small website and the Featured section does not order properly. When I enter a page title into the section, it appears in the wrong order under the wrong color. Also, I found no way to remove the link to Acme Themes on the bottom and I hate when a developer does that. It is very unprofessional to me. I had to modify the footer.php to get the developer’s name and link out of there, because adding new footer text in the customizer did not remove them. What you put in the customizer’s footer settings only adds it to the left, but the link to Epic Themes remains on the right.
