OK, I am lost… Is this the correct forum for PLUGIN questions?

Haven’t been here in a while. The site is a wee bit different.

Is this the proper forum to post a question about FINDING a plug in?

Specifically, I need two:

1. The first one will automatically spool any posts out to selected social media sites that we link to.

2. The second one will have an incoming RSS feed display that will show newsflashes from multiple chosen RSS feeds.

So…, if this is the proper forum, yay! If not, just point me in the right direction and I will head over there.
