OK but support is late and notifications push don’t work

So far, for simple questions, the support is ok but rather late.
Above all, the support does not acknowledge receipt of the request and does not inform to me the lead times.
My current problem is that push notifications don’t work. Specifically, they work when I launch it manually by firebase, but they don’t work by Androapp.
But I haven’t answer from Androapp.
