Oh, too bad – it' a really nice attempt and a lot of work went into it, but…

  • I am very sorry to report there are simply too many privacy/usability weaknesses and bugs to use this properly – at least on WP 3.5.1.

    Most important:

    1. Ensure subscription and un-subscription work reliably.
    2. Make sure unsubscribed E-mail addresses are actually removed and re-subscribing is possible
    3. Provide useful welcome and goodbye message on opt-in/out landing page (not just the unsubscribe function)

    Also:

    • The confirmation E-mails must support adding a signature in the right place, adding subscriber name and Email address, not just showing the default admin email
    • Don’t reset everything when deactivating plugin
    • Dashboard usability…
    • English language…

    Sorry to be so harsh…Obviously, I’d much rather this were to work as promised. Would have been happy to donate a few bucks too. Now hoping for updates…
