Oh boy. I messed up

So… Silly me, playing around trying to get my blog to show up on https://amvirtualassistant.com instead of https://amvirtualassistant.com/blog/ changed a setting on my settings menu and now all of the formatting for my blog is gone and I can’t get back into my admin site to change it back. It gives me a “page not found” when i click on the admin link or when I use the wp-admin link.

Help…please? ??
