I have no idea why it happens.

But, you need to turn off one of OG plugin, you have duplicated og: tags inside your source.

If you have time, please turn off all plugins except OG and check og:image, or if it is too dangerous or you do not have time, please give me a list of used plugins – I will try to reproduce this on my test site.

Thank you. The only plugin that would affect og: tags on this site would be rankmath.

I have enabled troubleshooting mode and only enabled your plugin, and the Og:image URL is pointing to the favicon.ico file in the uploads folder instead of the youtube thumbnail. Why is this happening?

I have no idea… it is so odd.

Could you re-save post with YT movie this scenario?

OG save YT thumbnail, and in some reason it saves favicon, now it will be shown in og:image.

Could you update into 2.7.7 and re-check?
I probably found a reason of this issue.

I updated and got this message:

I had to deactivate the plugin now.

Please update into 2.7.8 – it is fixed now.

I updated to 2.7.9 and I immediately got the same error message on the front end of my site, so I’ve deactivated it again.

I updated, same error message on front-end on home page. I enabled error logging and here’s what displayed on the top of the homepage while your plugin was active:

I checked a page on the blog while plugin was active and the thumbnail was still the favicon.
