  • Hi @gulshan100

    We see that the site is using an outdated version of Yoast SEO Premium. This forum is only for the free version of Yoast SEO, so according to the forum guidelines, we cannot answer questions about our premium products here, unfortunately.

    To see if you’re still eligible for our premium support, we ask you to contact our support team directly.

    Dear @gulshan100

    I’m using the free version of Yoast and I had absolutely the same problem with Facebook og:image tag. The problem is not from the Yoast SEO!

    As I can see here https://starweaver.com/, you use Autoptimize as well. Please go to its settings > CSS options and find “Inline all CSS?” field. Read it carefully and if it’s checked, unchecked it. Voila, this fixed my issue and there is no problem with Facebook og tags anymore.

    Cheers!

    Hi @alex4e ,

    I have already unchecked it but still not working.

    @gulshan100 We reviewed your page and it appears that no Open Graph data is being output. We would first recommend ensuring that Open Graph is enabled for your site.

    You can enable Open Graph by performing the following actions:
    ?

      ? ?In WordPress, go to SEO>Social
      ? ?Click on the ‘Facebook’ tab
      ? ?Set ‘Add Open Graph meta data’ to ‘Enabled’
      ? ?Click ‘Save Changes’

    We also have more information on enabling Open Graph at the following link: https://yoast.com/help/getting-open-graph-for-your-articles/

    However, as the previous support technician stated, if you have purchased SEO Premium you would need to contact us directly at [email protected] for assistance as this forum is reserved for support of the free version of Yoast SEO, as per the forum guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi @gulshan100,

    Yes indeed, there isn’t OG data. Do the steps that @devnihil described above and that should solve the problem ??

    Hi @devnihil @alex4e ,

    My setting is same as per your instruction but still it is not working.
    Please see the screen-shot.

    Hi @gulshan100
    As I can see, the meta tags are there but with missing property value which usually define the OG type.
    Look https://postimg.cc/BX30Tf62

    If we take in example this:
    <meta content="https://starweaver.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/data-science-seo.jpg">
    It has to look like this
    <meta property="og:image" content="https://starweaver.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/data-science-seo.jpg">

    Maybe you have another plugin that makes some changes and this is the result. I’m not sure. Did you try to write directly to the support of the premium Yoast? ??
