Thanks for following up with us. You identified multiple queries that you want us to address and we’ll address them in order:
Wrong canonical URL
We looked at the relevant page’s source code and can confirm the canonical URL and og:url
meta tags are the default permalinks which aren’t expected. We recommend you please reset the Yoast SEO Indexables tables and migrations to see whether this resolves the issue for you:
- Install and activate Yoast Test Helper plugin;
- Go to Tools → Yoast Test → Yoast SEO → Reset indexables tables & migrations options to reset it;
- Run SEO data optimization from the SEO → Tools page.
Missing og:image
meta
We looked at the relevant page and see that there’s no og:image
meta tag generated by Yoast SEO which is very odd. If you have selected an image to the relevant page using the Yoast SEO → Social → Facebook (tab), we’d like you to please perform a conflict check first. This is will help us to identify the exact cause of the issue.
The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.
Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.
If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts
