OG image not updating

We checked in the source code of your page https://lukesteinke.com and see the Open Graph image is set as the following in the source code:

<meta property="og:image" content="https://lukesteinke.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/lukesitelarge.png" />

We understand that you’ve tried changing the settings and clearing the cache. However, we aren’t sure from your initial post which settings you are referring to specifically.

`To set the Facebook image, you would need to perform the following actions:

? Go to the Edit screen for the page/post
? Scroll down to the Yoast meta box
? Click on the Social tab
? In the Facebook area, click the ‘Select image’ button to browse to and choose an image
? Click ‘Update’

Can you please try the aforementioned suggestions and let us know whether this resolves your issue?

It is not the facebook image I want to replace. The og:image is not changing when I change it in the source. I have flushed the cache and changed it to:

but the og image doesn’t change

Thank you for your reply and screenshots – as well as for your patience.

I checked the screenshots and you are actually sharing a screenshot showing the setting of the personal logo, not the opengraph image for any post or page on your screen. The personal logo won’t be outputted as Open Graph image. Please refer to these help articles to learn about the difference: https://yoast.com/help/search-appearance-organization-or-person/. To update the og:image on your homepage, please have a look at https://yoast.com/help/custom-open-graph-tags/
