    Am facing the 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [BL0PR02CA0138.namprd02.prod.outlook.com] issue often even provided right credentials. Attached the required details. Please help me to fix this issue.

    Hi Saravanan,

    Using outgoing SMTP server of smtp.office365.com on Port 587 works best for me. Encryption would be STARTTLS.

    Can you post the settings for your outgoing mail?

    I have updated the app password instead of the normal login password. Now it’s working fine thanks for the reply.
