Offseting in page anchor from fixed header

Hi,
I need some help with regards the code to offset anchor from fixed header.
I adopted the solution from the site below and it works for PC browsers. It didn’t work for mobile version of browser.

The solution I took in for every anchor coded as follow:
a style=”padding-top:125px margin-top:-125px” name=”anchor1″ /a

Can I get some advice how I can make it work for mobile browser as well?
