offset_xx="0" not working

First of all, thanks for making this plugin. It’s the best I’ve found for integrating Bootstrap into WordPress.

The only that I’m not able to get working is the column offset being zero: offset_md=”0″

This is needed when you’ve set a column offset for a smaller breakpoint (offset_sm=”1″) and need to set that offset back to zero for the larger breakpoint (offset_md=”0″).

Right now I’m getting around this by applying an xclass of “col-md-offset-0” when I need to, but that’s not ideal.
