• Hi!

    I’m using Elementor.

    When I enable the option:
Scroll from/to different pages (i.e. scroll to target when page loads)

The navigation of all anchors is without the Offset, in fact it exists in the first animation, it comes to it and then a “hard” animation scrolls to the element, leaving 0px of offset.

Is there a way to solve this without disabling the Offset or the mentioned option?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I just tested your page (Chrome, Firefox etc.) and can’t reproduce the issue you describe (or maybe I didn’t understand the problem).

For example, in all the test below, the page scrolls to the correct place with the correct offset (55px):

    • Loading the URL https://cegosdocastelo.com/#sobre
    • Clicking “Sobre Nós” link
    • Clicking “Sobre Nós” link after loading the URL https://cegosdocastelo.com/#sobre

Same result with the “Episódios” (#ep) link.

Did you fixed the issue or?

Very strange, I went to test and it was perfect, I logged in to wp, I tested logged in and the error persists.

I went to compare with the incognito window, it worked the first time, then the error came back.

I can’t really say why this issue happens but it’s not something that is triggered by “Page scroll to id” (there might be some other script scrolling the page or adding events to the links).

I’d need to have a test account to login in your site in order to see what happens and help (if I can). You can contact me here if you want.

You should also disable the “Auto-generate #ps2id-dummy-offset element” option in plugin settings, as you have a fixed offset value and don’t need it.
