Offset scroll-to-trigger

Is there away to offset scroll-to-trigger to actually scroll 100px above it?

The reason I am asking is because I have a fixed menu that stays at the top of the page and when you click the link to close / scroll-to-trigger the trigger ends up behind the navigational menu as well as the next 3 triggers because they are buried beneath the fixed menu.

I’m using Collapse-O-Matic to drop down and show lyrics on a track list.
