Offload not working, no offload columns in media library

That worked. I don’t see any blockers on your site, the images should be offloading. Could you please check if the following options are present in the wp_options table: cf-images-config-written and cf-images-setup-done. Both should be present and set to 1 or true.

Also, If you are on a hosting that prevents direct writes to wp-config.php file (Flywheel, for example), you’ll need to contact their support with help on adding the correct defines manually.

Thanks for getting back to me. I do not see the entries you are looking for in the wp_options table. I do see entries for account id and token in wp_config. Please advise.

If you can please add those option to the database, that should fix the issue

I added those options with load set to auto. I still do not see any uploaded images or options in the media library panel. Please advise.

Could you also please check that there’s no cf-images-auth-error option in the database? Maybe there were authentication errors and the plugin was not able to connect to Cloudflare?
