    Thank you for reaching out to us. For now we can’t make offline payments – bank transfer – inside PMS.

    I added your request in our to do list. I can’t promise that this will be implemented in the plugin.

    You, the Admin, can add Subscription Plans manually to user from the Dashboard if you go to PMS -> Members.
