Offline Mode Error

    The prefix is the osTicket prefix NOT WP prefix.

    default osTicket prefix is ost_
    you can find the prefix in the osticket –> include -> ost-config.php

    This should not be overwritten on a update (it’s a db value same as the rest).

    Sorry short edit:
    you need to enter it in our plugin: Tickets –> Ost-Config

    Setting Tickets –> Ost-Config worked fine. Thanks
