[NSFW] Offline Messages Email not Received

  • Hi,

    I am using the lite package of clickdesk. it was working good but now i am facing emails issue one month ago. still i did not receive any email when agent is offline and customers send message.
    support still not replied yet.
    anyone know the reason why i did not get emails
