Offline Message Delete not working

    Hello, we recently ran into an issue where we found that we could not delete items in the Offline Messages page. At first we thought it was due to GDPR settings but it remained after disabling that and testing another message. This has been confirmed on two different installations of different versions WordPress on two different domains, different themes, and different plugins installed.

    There aren’t any Javascript errors, here is the HTML for the element.

    Another user seems to have a similar issue.
