    Its there any way footer and header to be shown offline first event when the user is connected to internet

    Hi @bledidima
    I’m afraid that is not possible for every theme. This might be possible if you’re using a Frontend Application Framework and. But not with a normal WordPress Site, where header, content and footer are served within the same file.
