Offline donations reflecting in progress bar

    thanks for reaching out.
    Can you please check if the progress bar updates itself after a couple of hours or if the orders are permanently not added? And can you please also check if the orders have the status completed? And do you make sure that the order item of donation product is set to the correct amount?

    It did update! It seems to update every other donation on my end.

    Sometimes we have donations that don’t go through properly and have to be removed or edited. If we remove a donation, will the donation tracker lower to reflect the removal, or does it stay the same?

    Ok, if you have any caching issues you can always just clear the cache after doing some manual changes: https://www.wc-donation.com/documentation/usage/how-to-clear-leaderboard-progress-bar-cache/

    Yes, if you remove a donation, the donation tracker will automatically adjust to reflect the updated total. So, the progress bar will lower accordingly, ensuring accurate tracking.
