When we click offline donation it doesn’t load. Or if it is on offline donation by default and we select paypal, the menu doesn’t load. Instead a tiny box in the right corner spins in an endless loop…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I just visited your page and could not replicate that problem. Is this resolved? If not, can you direct me as to how I can see the problem live?

    Hi Matt,

The issue is still not fixed. Here is an example of the spinning box on the same donation form but on a different page: https://magazinetraining.com/give-for-kenya-2018/

I’m so grateful that you are looking into this—too often a lot of issues are left to rust in the forums because the developers don’t care.

    Thank you!

HI there, I just visited the page again and it’s a 404. Apologies for the delayed response, but if you show me a form with the problem I can look into it immediately this week.

    Thanks!

    Hi Matt,

My apologies. We changed the name of the link, so the donation page is now at: https://magazinetraining.com/support-kenya-2018/

However, it doens’t seem to be having the same problem. It’s like every time we make changes to the donation form, it takes a day fully implement.

HI @magazinetraining — I just did an offline donation and had no trouble whatsoever. I do see A LOT of tracking pixels and advertising javascript on that page. Generally, if you’re going to drive a lot of traffic to your donation pages, I’d recommend disabling all advertising scripts just on those pages. They can slow down the page and make things difficult for your donors. Perhaps that is what was happening previously.

Regarding taking a while to update, that would have to be related to how you are caching your site. If you don’t see changes being implemented, clear all plugin caches and web-host caches.

    Thanks!
