Offline donation gateway

Hello,
is there a way or an extention to manage offline donations?

I work for a non profit and our payments are made by bank transfer (but we prefer user to use their own online bankin instead of sofort or other system) or by offline payments in our offices (these are the 60% of the payments) so offline / manual payments integration is a desperate need for us (and we’d like to connect EDD with Charitable)
