Offline Conversion Tracking with GCLID

    Hi,

    I want to track Offline conversions for a lead generation business, and for that i have to pass a GCLID value to clic to chat. I already know how to do it in a contact Form linke Contact Form 7, but doesn’t know how to do it in Clic to chat.

    Someone can help with this?

    Thank you so much for the message.

    currenlty This feature is not available. We are planning to implement in this way

    1. At webhooks, along with the {url}, {time}, {number}. we will add {gclid}. which will get the variable from url parameter gclid and send to webhook url
      https://holithemes.com/plugins/click-to-chat/webhooks/ (this webhook url triggers when user clicks on chat widget.)
    2. In the Greetings Form feature. We plan to add a hidden field feature. where the admin (form builder) adds a name as gclid and a value as {gclid}, and this will get the gclid from the URL parameters.
