Offline but 2 different computers?

I am learning wordpress and getting started with my new company site development which will take a couple of months. I want to work on my home PC and also my work PC while doing this learning and developing. I started using wordpress offline using Wampserver on my home computer. But since it is offline, I can’t continue the work on my office PC (would like to work on both freely.
I don’t want to be paying for a hosting plan yet while I am just learning, though I guess that isn’t really that expensive once I am certain about what my final domain name will be.
How can I do my wordpress study and initial development on two computers in two locations, without paying for hosting yet? Is there a way to work offline on two computers? (dropbox? cloud storage?)
Is there free wordpress hosting anywhere just for my learning and trying things?
