offline after 5 minutes

  • Hi,
    if a user leave the webpage for more than 1 minute, the user will automatically turn offline? because i test it, to try to contact the 2nd user, the 2nd user is turns offline if he leaves webpage untouch.

    how can you make the user online longer like 5minutes?

    Hi!

    Well that is because the AJAX is disabled in the lite version and the status is updated only when user is interacting in the webpage..

    I am sorry but in the earlier versions I didn’t include much hooks to do this easily. There will be an improved version very shortly.

    1. Go to your-site-here.com/wp-admin/plugin-editor.php?file=wpchats-lite-private-messaging/classes/wpchats.php
    2. Replace all the existing code there with the paste content https://pastebin.com/MC9QNtNn
