Official response

I’m making a page about (for example) “recepies with bananas”. I’m allowing users to register and publish posts. Now what I’d like to add to the site is an option for the admin to add a review or critique about user posts. I want it to be more visible than a comment. Prefferably below the original post and above comments. Any such plugins exist?

tl;dr I’m looking for a plugin where the admin could post a critique of an article.
