Official Bugs w/ Visual Editor in WP 2.1

I’m wondering if there is a report of official bugs with the Visual Editor for WP 2.1. I am experiencing two very bad bugs. If I edit using FF 2, I get the link or the image to work without the box popping up completely blank and then it will not go away, which causes me to loose the blog post. Worse by far is IE7… if the visual editor is enabled, I can’t post or edit at all. The editor comes up, but I can’t type text in it, and the tab to switch to Code view is completely useless.

I have NO plugins installed. This is a fresh install of WordPress straight form a WordPress recommended hosting site. I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to fix this??
