    Hello @matija385hr,

This page has a reference for outlook.com (Office365 email)
    https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/email-support/configuring-email-support-email-piping/

Hope that helps you set it up. I’ll mark this thread as resolved, but please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Hi @melliesou,

Unfortunatley, this didn’t help me to set up O365 mail in Awesome support. IMAP/POP3 are enabled since I can add IMAP account on my smartphone and Outlook on desktop as well and is working (can send and receive mails).

I just can’t get it to work.

    Kind regards,
    Matija

    Hello @matija385hr,

What error message are you getting when you try to connect it? Can you provide some more details about what you see?

    Hi @melliesou,

    I’m getting this error:
cannot connect to host ; error = fsockopen(): unable to connect to ssl://outlook.office365.com:993 (Cannot assign requested address) (errno = 0 )

    Hi @matija385hr,

It looks like the port on 993 is not accessible from your web server. Some hosts will restrict this port, so you will need to get them to open the port, or use an alternative port. Your web host may even have some suggestions like creating a local mail account on their system and auto-forwarding your other mailbox to that one.

Let me know if you have any questions about doing those.

Hi @melliesou . Where do I go afterwards when I got this, “cannot connect to host ; error = fsockopen(): unable to connect to” . I’ve already enabled the imap settings in the email.

    Hi @im4lly,

Looks like I missed following up on your thread here. Sorry about that. If you are still getting that error, it appears that the host is not allowing that connection through. It might be necessary to ask your web host to see which ports they allow and if they can allow you to tunnel out to your office 365 email. That will be the best way to ensure you can connect from your server.
